Good grief. You are counting down the minutes to your next piece of nicotene gum? Just throw them away. Quitting cold turkey has shown to be most effective and lasts longer than using nicotene replacements. You are quitting cigarettes, but not giving up the addictive qualities.

if your up to 4 a day, just tuck the rest away. pull out only the days rations. cutting them in half may help, along with plenty of regular gum.
