That stuff at PetSmart I believe is Nature's Wonder...it works very well! I have 2 smelly little cocker spaniels and battle dog smell all the time. You have to bath, vacuum, and wash ALL of the interior of the SUV. The smell is probably in the foam of the seats and everything...get a shop vac that will take up water and soak the seats in Nature's Wonder and really work it in, rinse, repeat until the odor is gone...and scrub, scrub, scrub all the vinyl...consider new rugs etc...dog smell is very hard to get rid of!

First vacuum the truck very thoroughly. Use an appropriately stiff brush to remove any crusted matter on any surface.
Then mentally divide the interior surfaces of the SUV up into about ten sections. Choose one section per cleaning and THOROUGHLY wash it repeatedly with a cotton cloth and store-bought cleaner like 409 or whatever. Be sure to thoroughly rinse and remove whatever detergent agent you apply. Then repeat.
Use your nose as you clean and keep cleaning until the target area is odor free.
The odor intensity should decrease as you complete more of the sections. The operative word here is THOROUGH cleaning of small sections. Trying a mass approach never works because it is too large a task to complete properly in one cleaning session.
There may be some things like foam rubber or carpet backing that will have to be replaced to rid the SUV of the odor, but give the above method a try first.
There are NO de-odorizers that really work. They cover the smell. You have to remove the substances that are causing the smell
Good luck.

nuckinfuts is correct, I don't think you will get the new car smell but newspapers seem to absorb foul odors. After a week spray the truck down with frebreese.

Also try wiping down surfaces with warm water and baking soda mixture. (50/50) It helps get hard surfaces smelling better. You can add it to carpet shampoo as well.

Have you tried any orange cleaners? Take all the seats and everything you can take out and wash good with a pet odor remover type cleaner.

Go to Petsmart... they have this stuff... don't remember the name... but I am sure any pet store would stock a product for that purpose.

If its cloth seating, it's going to be very hard.
Go to a Ford dealer & ask them what they use.
