Ignore the uneducated answers above... many vingear products have gluten..it's how they are processed. I know because I have Celiac(Gulten Allergy) disease.

Read the label.............................. if you don't know the definition of "gluten" look it up!!!!
GLUTEN: a mixture of plant proteins occurring in cereal grains, chiefly corn & wheat, used as an adhesive & as a flour substitute.

Mayo is nothing but: eggs, oil, vinegar, maybe some sugar &/or lemon juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
