Read the label.............................. if you don't know the definition of "gluten" look it up!!!!
GLUTEN: a mixture of plant proteins occurring in cereal grains, chiefly corn & wheat, used as an adhesive & as a flour substitute.
Mayo is nothing but: eggs, oil, vinegar, maybe some sugar &/or lemon juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gluten is a protein found in prodcuts that contain wheat, oats, rye, or barley grains. Avoid them, and their derivatives, and you'll be fine.
