Flirting is a natural way of life. Flirting is a form of communication. Not all people really know they are flirting when they are. They are just communicating with you and the way it is presented is in a flirty manor. So I wouldn't let it bother me, just if you can catch your self, don't flirt back with them. Just have regular conversations with them.
Its a great thing to hear when someone is in love. Great love lasting relationship to you.

Just tell them flat out that you are spoken for now. If they do it in front of Nickie make sure you tell them that in front of him also so he knows where your intentions lie.
Don't worry about hurting their feelings, your should be worried about his.
