The answer is actually very simple. Just ask him. Find the right moment, in an unthreatening environment and ask him. If he won't tell the truth, then he's probably not for you anyway.
Although I must admit I like the suggestion made by someone else to just kiss him.

Call hima chicken **** because he dont want to admit it. That usually breaks down guys for them to admit it. if that doesnt and u broke his heart by tell him that try to make a move on him if he goes along with it its because he likes you
