Try Infusium 23 leave-in treatment, it's a spray. I use it everyday as a detangler(works good for that) and it restores vitamins and repairs damage. Garnier Fructis also has great leave-in conditioners that help.
Believe it or not a GREAT house hold product that puts moisture back into hair, if it's really dry and damaged is MAYO!!
Yup, mayonaise! I know --I know .... it sounds really gross, but it works and your hair will feel great. Completely cover your hair and then plastic bag your head or surran-wrap your hair and let it set for like an hour then rinse really well. Once a month do this and it will help your hair alot.

I used the Miniglide almost every day, and my hair is severely damaged. I have now stopped straightening it. I would cut off all of the damaged hair, which is what I am going to do. I have Pantene damage repair shampoo and conditioner. Try it and see if it works. You also might want to try heat defense products, that are supposed to protect your hair from damage.

hi there, try not to wash your hair everyday and use a blow dryer, if your using products from a salon, they should help in repairing your hair such as a sirum from AG is really good but try to limit the amount because it will get so greasy. and use a deep conditioner once a week and try to leave it on in a plasctic bag for 20 mins then rince well with coolish water.

1-mash avacados once a week and apply to hair.
-let sit for 10 minutes.
-rinse.
2-purchase shampoo and conditioner specifically for heat damaged hair [avaliable at drugstores]
3-when blowdrying hair, put it on low and cool/warm.
good luck!
