This is such a funky, funny, and offensive question, all wrapped into one odd package.
I doubt he actually "watches" you do anything, but KNOWS when you do something. It is sort of like when you are about to die, he gets a printout of all the things you have done, good, bad, questionable, etc, etc. I don't think he honestly has time to watch you eliminate some pizza from your body. Have you SEEN Bruce Almighty?!
