Generally it does not bother me if someone ASKS any type of question... The way people ask questions only eludes to their intelligence. I can't blame people for being uneducated or for having a low I.Q. By the way, good question!

Well, it really depends on the question. If a girl is asking about menstrual problems, then a guy obviously won't be a good answerer. I also posted a question that was for parents only because I wanted to know at what age they allowed their children to date. Don't feel left out. I be you're a great answerer. Its just that some people need the opinions of a specific group of people sometime.

Everyone has there own opinion as well as there own free well to ask. It may as well be upsetting to know that there are some close minded people but you must look at it this way "They only wanted certain types of people answering there questions cause they might already know how the other side feels about it..And if they don't then they might as well be included in the shoebox thinkers department...Don't worry to much about it..I'm sure your heart is in the right place...just don't get caught up in there "box"....!

You're probably just a little bit grumpy. Some people want answers from one specific group or gender or race because they don't understand their position or point of view, and that's what they want to learn about. Try to relax a little.

doesn't bother me at all….its not like your opinions doesn't matter ….. its that they assume you would not know what to answer if you don’t know…….if the question is about a certain race, or gender , sexual preference …you can state your opinion… but if your not of that race, gender or whatever then its just an opinion on something you know nothing about…and it does no good to the person asking the question….

i can understand why a question might be gender or race specific . might have to do with familiarity of given situation - not wanting an excess sample size with answers that are not pertinent- and expressly wanting to know a response from that certain selective groups point of view.

I think you are just too sensitive. It's not all about you! Maybe people are interested in the opinion of a specific group of people....that doesn't mean they are trying to exclude your sensitive little self, they just don't care what YOU think, and don't want to waste their time with your opinion!!

Yeah, I hate it when they say "only so-and-so can answer", but I ignore that part usually and answer anyways. If they don't like it, tough, what are they gonna do? Report me? Sure. Like that's gonna stop me from answering their questions.
