I've been on this section for 4 months, and up until a few weeks ago, found it to be entertaining, educational and enlightening (albeit, at times, controversial). I've even met some very nice people. BUT....Between Julia, Log Man and now the completely absurd Kathy, it has become a cess pool of garbage. No question, just an observation...discuss?
I'm not uptight...guess I'm just craving a little "adult" interaction...silly me...

I was just thinking the same basic thing! I come on this site for sharing, education and entertainment. Sometimes it is just filled with a cesspool of hatred and ignorance. To be honest, I have been traveling around different topics, and still find the same attitudes! Is there no neutral ground?! Thanks for bringing this up, dude. I completely agree. What amazes me is that everyone thinks the same which means that there's thousands of people looking at some of these questions and thinking ...... morons. I wish they would thumbs them down at least, or just report them. It only takes a second. Mind you I've been doing that and YAHOO are just not doing anything so it's probably not worth it. Still, its fun to vent at them once in while, does the heart and soul good. But I know what you mean, it does kind of spoils it though, but hey, we're queer so we're excellent at filtering! Your're right ...it's all high maintenance stuff...they're not even asking questions...they are just doing a sort of stream of consciousness drivel....I find that I'm tending to stay away from the site more and more...because the content is just inane...it'll end ,of course...but until then I just ignore them....but just how desperate are these people for attention??? It is sad for now because it used to be an entertaining site.

I completely concur- they waste space with their inane, flippant postings and think they are so clever and witty. And for all the haters, it's too bad people with closed minds don't come with closed mouths too, or in this case closed computers.
