when a guy says " I like your lips and breast" what is that mean?

OK, I'm not a girl, but only a guy can answer this question fully (sorry ladies).
It is clear that he finds you attractive (at least your lips and breasts).
He also wants to have sex with you, but we didn't really have to actually hear him talk to know that did we? After all he's a guy, right?
If the first thing on his mind is lips and breasts then he is probably shallow and uninteresting. He is certainly not polite or gentlemanly.
He's not the right guy for you. Maybe you'll enjoy the attention and company for awhile, but ultimately there's not much hope for a long term relationship. Tell him you love him, you want to marry him, and have his children. He'll run so fast he'll leave skid marks.

it means he likes your lips and breasts.....duh.....but i wouldnt really want to have a relationship with him cuz thats a guy wiht NO respect and its obvious that hes the type to treat you like ****

It means he is only interested in SEX. It also mean you are worth a hell of a lot more then he is and you deserve better.
It means you will check your self-esteem and love yourself enough to say, "I have no time for you."
For you are stronger then you know!!!!

He is looking to see you reaction. If you tell him he is not being appropriate he will know you are a lady. If you smile and act happy he will know you are into that sort of trash talk.
