They are of Zamora, Michoacan Mexico, it has one of the best economies if not the best in Mexico. I have been there numerous times and have never seen such commerce as I have in this city, not even here in the States.

I wouldnt mind living there or in Morelia, Michoacan Mexico

Anyone ever been to these Great Cities?

Ask the affluent or middle class if they would trade their lifestyle for the U.S.A.

Tegeras, you are very right, I have been to many non tourist cities and towns and with money you dont ask anything of the U.S or other countries.

The problem is if you don't have any money, how much fun are they then?

Clapton, you must be like 12 years old. Calling Mexicans beaners and commies? Man talk about stupidity. Get back into bed before I tell your sister/momma you were at the computer again.

The first link went into an infinite wait. The second wants Microsoft plug-ins and I have no intention of doing that.

However, I do spend most of my time in Mexico. Not the affluent part, the Third World part, rural Puebla. But, I would rather be there than here in the States. If we can make it out of Reynosa without encountering gun fire, I will be there in two weeks

I have more friends there then anywhere in the world. From a 14 year old girl (not a love thing, don't be nasty, she is extremely intelligent) to the local doctor and his wife.

We have neighbors who live in houses made of sticks with palm roofs. But, I wish I were there right now. I can't explain it, but it feels like where I belong and where I want to live until I die.

Michoacan is a beautiful state....It has a lot of historical value, beautiful architecture and the geography is beautiful....Life is simple down there and many would say the quality of life is good, low stress, beautiful sites, less populated....I am not sure about the economy, all over Mexico, it is a bit slow....I havent visited them, but my husband has traveled extensively all over Mexico and he is very familar with these places...He agrees with you about how cool and beautiful the area is...

Well they sure have tighter, and I might add, enforced, immigration laws in Mexico too huh?

What we get is the poorest most uneducated that Mexico has to offer. Yeah that's what we need here. Yup

Mexico's got money, they just apparently can't figure out how to apply it effectively to their problems, and the standard answer is to 'get more from america'....nor are they inclined to reform if our door's always open, hence the wisdom of the border fence.
