I know i asked this once, but i didnt really get any answers so ill ask it again. There is this girl i really like and im pretty sure she likes me to. Anyway, my problem is that we are both really shy. To make things worse the only time i can actually talk to her is in a 10 minute period before school starts and she is almost always with her best friend. I really want to get to know her but I really dont think i can talk to her in front of her friend, what should i do?

I would go up to her and ask if you could talk to her in private.
More then likely she won't have a problem with it.After you get her away from her friend ask for her number and offer yours.
If she is as shy as you say,you'll probably have to be the one who calls her.When you call her you can tell her that you really like her without her friend or bell interrupting the conversation.
Unfortunately you are going to have to confront her all shyness aside.Good luck.

Well, since both of u are shy someone has to make the first so why don't u do it. Why don't u ask her out somewhere like a coffee shop or dinner that way u can get to know each other outside school. Just go up to her and ask her out, tell her that ur a bit nervous but u realy would like to get to know her
Take her to either a bookstore, coffee shop or dinner( not a movie because u'll be watching the movie and u can't talk) once u out with her then u can talk to her( as u do this it may start to help u to be less shy)
She too is shy( u say) so getting to know eahc other away from school u might can help each other to deal with u both being shy.

Find some courage and approach her while she's with her friend. That's truly the only way because she likely won't want to be alone with you without her friend. Especially since you say she's shy.
Besides, if you can get her friend to like you, she's all the more guaranteed to be into you.
Don't be so shy. She's only a girl :)

try to get close to her friend, that will give u a little bit of confidence over things. once u are close to her, make sure u don't ask her in front of the friend. ask her when u are alone with her and be cool and serious about it, don't just laugh, like when u are talking to other guys, let her see how serious u want to take her out.

Do you know where her locker is? Slip a small note to ask her out a date.
Or just go and say "Hey ____! Can I show you something?" Then take her to a corner and ask her to the movies as hanging out, a friendship date, just the two of you guys. Maybe that'll grow something more like love or something.
Go bold, feel the need to summon up all your strengh and courage and ask her out, straightforward. Some girls like it that way.

Ask her for her phone number than you can talk with her on the phone. Maybe this will help you to get comfortable enough to talk to her in front of the friend. Good Luck young man!

You could always slip a note into her locker or give it to her in that 10 minutes telling her that you'd really like to talk to her alone. tell her that you find her very pretty and you like her style and would like to get to know her better. if there's no reply, you know she's not interested and there's no embarrassment in front of any of her friends. you could then move on. if she does reply, go for it.

how do u ppl think that she likes u without talking to them this is blasphemy! no guts no glory theres no easy way.. if u said shes shy (she could be very outgoing.. u never know cuz ur just assuming) then she doesnt want a shy guy.. u better be outgoing or at least act it.. shy girls like confident outgoing guys.. now tailor to it or bail

Just give her nice smiles as you walk by her or glance at her. Say hi in passing. Pick up your hand and give a slight wave. If she does like you, she'll respond in similar ways. Sooner or later that will lead to talking.

don't worry about talking to her in front of her friend... get to know them both!
if you're pretty sure that she likes you back, just go ahead and email her or whatever. or you can get one of your friends to be kind of a "middleman" to talk to her for you. (i know it sounds embarrassing, but one of my friends was in the exact same situation as you, and this tactic worked!) be friendly, and smile at her if you see her in the hallways. you two will be going out in no time.
