I am organizing a new national day of prayer...we will all pray for the same thing...Pray to God that he/she/it will immediately send all Muslims and Christians straight to hell so that finally, after 2000 years of these control freaks killing each other and innocents, finally we can have some peace in this world.

And make sure to ask God to send all those murder inspiring books like the bible and koran into hell to burn also...

I'm not a huge fan of the religious totalitarians, either, but there are actually a lot of very nice Christian and Muslims who feel hijacked by their respective fundamentalists. The backlash in both faiths is already beginning. I understand your frustration but hold on.

I'm assuming you're an American. Only an American would think that the third commandment "thou shalt not take the Lord's name in vain" means nothing....or means saying Goddammit when you accidentally flip your steak off the barbecue into the dirt. It's a commandment against politicians and evil s**ts using religion as an excuse to increase their own power. And it's people's true faith that sustains them against all odds.

I will help you by praying for you. These are scary times.

No, I won't. Prayer just doesn't work, because there are no gods, and Hell doesn't exist.

You're just going to have to hope they go away on their own.

"He who laughs last, lasts best!"

There will be a lot of laughter in heaven. But where will you be?
