None of them are safe and work! If you read the small print, every 1 of them says "for use in conjunction with a diet and exercise plan". If anyone could stick to a diet and exercise plan they wouldn't need the damn pills! Right?!?

Unfortunately there are no Safe diet pills....all of them have many side effects.. i am a former med student trust me ...you're really better off being on a diet ( although that's not the best way either) than taking pills.
And if you are serious about loosing weight...there's always the good old fashioned organic food, water and exercise. If you are afraid you have too little time to achieve your goal or you do not have enough determination....there are resources that can help you....a nutritionist you can hire, a friend that can hold you accountable, a life coach, a trainer....there are many ways to feel better about yourself ..popping pills should not be one of them.

Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects.Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

No over the counter diet pills work... period. However they can be dangerous, so don't fool around with them. If you don't believe me just ask former Orioles pitcher Steve Belcher (google him if you don't know)

If you really feel its imperative that you lose weight talk to your doctor and see what he can help you with.

But I can tell you now, unless you are an extreme case he will recommend seeing a nutritionist and performing 20-30 minutes of aerobic exercise (running, walking, swimming) 3 to 5 days a week.

Girl i heard of this new pill named Envy. It is a multi vitamin, diet pill, helps clear your skin, makes your hair and nails grow. Now that is what i like to hear! Knock out all the things we worry about with one little (or not so) pill. You can find it GMC and places like that.

Sure, none

Cut down calories, increase exercise. That is all that works. All of the pills have been proven false. Surprising people still fall for them.

None ... it's not in a pill. It's in a little change in your lifestyle.
It's in you.
