Yes, love does exist. When you are willing to give your life for another, that is love. If you can put the wants, needs and desires of someone else before your own, you love. Just because you have not found it, does not mean that it does not exist.

How sad we need to have a reason to get in bed. Physical love has a very bad rap these days. I guess it is due to HIV. That is very understandable. Unintended pregnancy is also an important factor.
However your question was about emotional love, I assume and perhaps even philosophical love.
Love can be any of these or all of the above: Physical, emotional, spiritual or philosophical or any combination of the same.
Many people experience a kind of infatuation in the beginning of a physical and emotional relationship that I guess could be seen as true love, but do not be fooled by this.
Love is a force of the universe like light or gravity. We can minimizes it into a habituated attraction evolved to create sexual and emotional bonds and enhance survival through social cooperation in the human species.
However, this is not the end of Love. Love is the force that combats the second law of thermodynamics-Entropy.
Entropy is the tendency for all systems and things to run down, deplete energy, burn out. Love unites, creates, inspires, endures.
It is the only thing that grows the more you give it away.

Yes, you need more screening process to find a lovable human,Love is true..It's very important that who carries,
Some people skip from one “partner” to another over the surface of existential pain, like a stone skipping over water. As long as they stay above the surface they’re perfectly happy; but when an affair ends, and they come crashing down, they’re desperate for the next leap, sometimes searching for a new partner even at the funeral for the old one. Yet sooner or later the stone loses vitality, and with a final splunk falls into the depths of tribulation.

OOOH YES! Love does exist. It how ever does not have anything to do with BED. You are being very narrow minded. I would run into a burning building for a loved one---a loved one I never spent a day in bed with. And for the record, there is someone out there. One day it will happen to you too.

Yes. I think love is a property of the universe. I don't know how I know that, but it's there. I don't just mean among humans. Trap a mouse sometime and start petting it. It will respond. Amazing. Love is the key. I love love. It's almost, dare I say it, "god-like."

It is true many a time love becomes the pretext to get in bed with. You can call it infatuation.
But that does not mean that love is non-existent. I feel "feeling of love exists".

Yes it exist. There's varying degrees of love. There's a love that a mother and father has for a child, there's love for your siblings or relatives or your bestfriend, love for you dog, etc.
Romantic love, that's what you're talking about. Love is caring about someone more than you care about yourself. That person is the extension of yourself. Someone who you think will be a good mother or father to your child. Sex is just a plus.
"Love is the immortal flow of energy that nourishes, extends and preserves. Its eternal goal is life." ~Smiley Blanton~

Yes, I truly believe that love exists. There is not just an emotional but physical and chemical connection to the one you love. My husband still makes my heart flutter.

Love exists... of course it does! You know it when you can hardly catch your breath when you've met your mate... you know it when you've wallowed in misery because someone you trusted hurt you... you know it when you're a parent and you look into your baby's eyes...
If anyone says that love doesn't exist... they are too afraid to open up their hearts & minds to feel anything... good and bad.
If you take love out of the equation... there's no sense to live.
