Sadly enough, there's not way of knowing. Women are mysterious creatures.
My best advice is to listen to her body language. If she's not smiling, starts looking around and not at you, or gives you a kick in the 'ol bread basket, she probably wants you to leave her alone.

If she pays attention to you and listens to you, then she is having a good time with you. If you constantly see her looking around, or at anything except you, then she isn't having fun and move on.
The best way to ensure she has a good time is to pay attention to her and listen to her.

if shes not quiet.. if she tries to continue conversation instead of just letting it fall off... if she LOOKS like shes having a good time.. laughing smiling.. and if she TELLS you she's having a good time.. take her word on it... girls hate it when you ask the same question over and over and over

smiles a lot. makes eye contact. giggles. shows that she is listening to u..responding to what u r saying. or maybe u cant tell yet cuz she is shy, nervous, or playing hard to get. TIME WiLL SHOW....u will know and not question it : )
