I like this guy that I work with and we've know each other for awhile now (2 years). I think he likes me but he gives me mixed signals. Everyone we work with thinks we are dating which I think makes things a litlle weird. So I need some advice on what the best way to tell him I like him is without putting pressure on him to say he likes me just to be a nice guy? I've tried hinting that I like him but to no avail. I'm also worried about what he will say because we work together 3 days out of the week and I don't want to make things awkward. But I know I need to tell him... it's on my mind all the time. Please help!

Find a way to get him alone..preferably outside work...and tell him how you feel. This will let you know where you stand with him,and may keep it from becoming even more awkward for you both.

I also agree that you shouldn't really date someone you work with, but who knows. It can be good. So i think what i would do if i were you, that i would like get someone to do the talking for you. Ask someone that is a very close friend that knows him at work to just plain tell him that you are interested. Well, maybe that will work. It did for me! :) Good luck!

Let it go.
It is not usually a good idea to date someone you work with.
BUT...on the other hand, let him be the one to pursue. Men like the hunt. If he likes you, he will tell you. Otherwise, he may come to like you if you are just yourself and not all googoo about him. He knows you like him if you've given any indications.

Whack him upside the head for a conversation starter.
