I HAVE A MACYS CARD BUT ITS WITH A LOW LIMIT CAN I APPLY FOR ANOTHER CARD FROM THEM AND IF SO R THEY MOST LIKELY TO APPROVE ME AGAIN?

No, they will not give you another card because it will show in their system that you have a card already.
The best thing to do is ask them to increase your credit limit. If you just got the card you may have to wait some time, use the card and show them that you are a good customer by paying the card off and on time.
If you have had the card for some time then give them a call and ask for a credit limit increase.

They will most likely see that you currently hold a credit account with them. You are best off to contact the company, and you can request an increase in your spending limit. You are no more or less likely to obtain an increase than you are a whole new line of credit.

You can always apply. Note though that rejected applications impact your credit score.
Whether or not they will approve you depends on
a) How well you have handled the first card.
b) If your financial situation has changed.
