Ask your mom to set up activities for you to join. Our kids are in band at the local school, soccer teams, and go to other trips with area homeschool kids to museums, etc.

join some kind of unique sports club. Fencing is a hit. Just join something where other people will be. Even if they aren't girls they will have friends who are.
Check the local recreation guide or look it up online. Maybe hang out areound a skate park or some popular place. First, check in with friends to see if they know any dateable girls that they think would be decent for you.

Get out and hang out with friends. Go places and meet new people. Join extracurricular community clubs or sports clubs or something like that. Anything to meet new people, and eventually you'll meet someone who you like and will hopefully like you back. So don't worry about it. As long as you meet new people and act friendly and nice and stuff, you'll find a girlfriend eventually. Just remember, I would recommend looking at girls as friends first before looking for a girlfriend. It usually works better that way because you end up liking them for their personality as well as many other things. However, liking a girl before you're friends is also fine too, just remember to act friendly first, and please no pick up lines.

i went through a few years of ind. study. and its a little hard to meet people when you dont go to school. but i found the best way to do it is be outgoing and just go up to some kids outside their school and start a conversation. find a way to get to know the guys first and once you become friends with them you can meet the girls that they know and hang out with.
