I've been having this conversation with my two adult daughters; eat, and move.
The most important thing you can do for yourself and your new family is to begin an exercise routine. That means figure out what you can fit into your schedule as a new mom. Walking is a great start. Take your new baby outside twice per day with you while you walk a mile each time.
Eat sensibly. Eat when you're hungry, read nutrtion labels and serving sizes and reacquaint yourself with eating for one.
Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water each day. That's important for a number of reasons, not just to have that full feeling. It refreshes your brain for one thing, and helps you when you feel fatigued.
Everyone needs to start somewhere, do what feels good for you and don't hesitate to tweak things so that it becomes part of your lifestyle and your role modeling as a mother.

Here is what you need to do, it will take sum math to figure all this out, but it is worth it!
1st : you find out what your basal metabolic rate is(thats how many calories you burn in one day just by doing nothing) you can just google it and you should easily be able to find a bmr calculator online. I would give u a link to the website I use but I am not on my home computer right now, and I dont remember it right off the top of my head....sorry.
2nd: 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat
3rd: How many calories you consume in a day, lets say if you are dieting it is like 1200, k? (I know you said you dont want to count calories, but HONESTLY if you want to hurry up and get this weight off you are going to have to atleast be AWARE of how many calories you are consuming a day)
NOW what you do is take your BMR-1200 cal (or roughly however many calories you are eating a day)
THE number you get will be how many calories you are still in the negative...
SO you then take 3500-that #.
YOUR answer to this will be how many calories you need to burn a day in order to lose ONE POUND A DAY. so if what you are trying to do is burn one pound every two days, then you would cut that number in half.
AND THAT IS HOW MANY CALORIES YOU NEED TO BURN A DAY THROUGH EXCERSIZE.
Now you can go to www.self.com and then click on "fitness calculator" and they can tell you how many calories you are burning during almost any excersize you can think of! and they are very accurate because they take your current weight into consideration.
NOW REMEMBER AS YOU LOSE WEIGHT YOUR BMR WILL CHANGE. so you will have to update this every 2 weeks to make sure you are keeping on track.
I hope you can understand this, sometimes I am not the best at explaining things...but i tried to make it as simple as possible.
This is will definateiy be worth your time to look into, I have lost 40 pounds in two months already just by doing this, and I am very excited to be able to share my secret with someone else :)

I lost 65 in 8 months. Don;t eat so much. Exercise. No easy way, no fast way. No gimmicks. I ate meals at a regular time like everyone else. That and walking. Not 10 miles just what I felt like. It worked 11 years ago and still keeping it off.
Really, it is very hard. But first you must stop eating so much. There is no mystery. Just be patient.

Go on a fast for 10 days. Eat barely anything a day. If you cant do that then work out as hard as you can. Good Luck!

try to go to the gym and work out don't try to do that eveyrday but at least 3 times a week.watch what you eat try to go joging in the afternoon try to drink water and eat salad and try this for a least 2 weeks or so make sure that you weigh your self tell me what happens bye-mailing me.
