I'm not trying to be snippy, but you should really invest in a dictionary. Spelling like that makes you appear uneducated, and people take you less seriously.
It's dachshund. :-) (pronounced dock-shund....like with a German accent. There's no 'ow' sound in it.)
(And it's pees, not peas....peas are those little green round things that fall off your fork when you try to eat them without first mixing them with potatoes. But I figured that one was probably just a typo. For future reference, however, a better word would be urinates.)
As to your question, I would suggest you consult an experienced dog trainer. They are very familiar with behavioral problems like that, and can help you. It's not that she's being bad on purpose...it's just part of her personality, but it can be altered (it will take time and work, but the longer you put it off, the harder it will be.) The answer to how to correct it is much too complicated to get into here.

This is most likely something that you will have to work on for a long time, or even get the help of a certified dog trainer for..But you can start with taking her outside every time somebody comes in the door..Let her see them, as in you are walking outside holding her as they are walking in...I know this is not really the nicest thing to do to your visitors but they will forgive you:) Make sure she pees when she is outside..Once you are both back in, have the visitor basically ignore her. She is peeing because of nervousness, excitement, and being submissive. If the visitor ignores her, she won't feel pressured to do this...

Our little Annie is 2 years old and still does that. I have found that she does it when she doesn't know the person, once she remembers you, she doesn't do it. We have 2 other mini dachshunds and neither of them pee like that. Annie will pee everytime there is someone new around EVEN if she has been outside to go potty first. I do not know how to change it, but hopefully yours will stop doing it when she gets to know the person. You probably do not want to have her in your lap in the car if someone new comes up. I have been peed on a few time.

My German Shepherd who is over a year does that! They just get excited and don't even realize they are doing it. Your dog should grow out of it though.

she gets excited having company.
When your company comes, take her outside to potty right then. She should be empty for awhile then.
