Is it true that when you start losing weight you tend to look like you have gotten fatter, meaning you have more "cottage cheese" dimples and flabbier under arms because your skin has not yet tightened up yet...dont you go through a transition period where you look the worst before you start looking better?

depends on how much weight you lost. the best thing to do is exercise with weights to make the body firm and toned.

I think so, it happened to me but then I gained all the weight back once school started :( Stress eating
