Are mosquitos still strongly present at the end of September/beginning of October?

THey are around until a hard frost. On cooler days they are a little more sluggish, being cold-blooded, they respond this way to coller temperature, but if you spend time outdoors, whear repellant or face the concequenses.

I'm afraid so! as long as the weather is warm they are there!
