YES! Very healthy! Of all the berries, blueberrys are the ones with the MOST antioxidants. Oatmeal is fantastic too. It is high in fiber, and can help lower your cholestrol. Oatmeal also consists of complex carbohydrates...the best kind. I eat this every morning before a really long run. Before a marathon I have two bowls.
