I use to put alot of salt on my fries a couple of years ago. I talked to my auntie [she's and RN] and she told me to stop using so much salt and I was like okay. Nowadays I put more pepper than salt, is that bad?

I am a pepper-a-holic too!! It is fine, in fact pepper actually has fiber in it, as well as increasing your metabolisim. It is very common in eastern countries to heavily season foods with spice. I tend to take the top off the pepper shaker and sprinkle onto my food, just found it was easier. Pepper contains capsassin (sorry don't know about spelling) which is responsable for the heat you feel when eating it. Just like chilies or wasabi. have you ever tried rubbing a steak with coarse ground pepper then grilling it. To die for. Not to mention pepper also comes in green, red, pink and white corns. Although the green peppercorn is considered not part of the pepper family it's properties are similar. Cutting your salt intake can lead to nothing but a better and healthier heart. WAY TO GO!!

No, I would say it is alot better than salt. For variation try other spices on your fries such as Cheyenne pepper, hot sauces, garlic salt.

no, its just kind off spicey, i would suggest don't eat the fries, they pretty much have salt baked in them.
