I have a friend that has a girlfriend. I used to really like this friend and he used to like me too. It just never happened because we never said anything... so yeah, now he's taken and very happy...i still have feelings for this guy... i know it will never be, but i just can't let him go...
But now I befriended this guy a few years ago. I hang out with him and talk to him a lot. I guess you could call him my "best guy friend." Our homecoming was 2 weeks ago and EVERYONE said i should have gone with him and that we'd look cute together. I was told this the year before, too. I told them that i don't like him like that. But now he's kinda growing on me... he's sweet and funny, but I don't know what to do
any advice for me? should we get to know each other more and like go to the movies on a friendly date or something? anything will help... Thanks.

Go out with the other guy to the homecoming dance. It could be a good opportunity for you guys to really get to know each other. This other guy that you like could probably take your mind on the guy that already has a girlfriend. You have to accept the fact that he's with somebody else and you don't want some other female hitting on your boyfriend right? What goes around, comes around so get to know the other guy (who is available) and see what he's all about. I wish you the best of luck.

Why not go with him to homecoming? You could go as friends and get to know more about each other. Maybe something more could develop. You should cut off all attachments to the other guy. If you care about him as much as you say you do and know he is happy with his girlfriend then the best thing you can do is stay away from him. best wishes

i think of human beings could be at liberty to have the opinion that they like. they could have the means to particular there opinion, and people who hear (which could be lots of persons) could have an open thoughts, and according to probability substitute there opinion. some evaluations won't grow to be something, notwithstanding it doesnt propose there valueless. whether no person treasures your opinion, you may. Its what makes you who you're.

Go for it! You need some fun in your life, and you already made the mistake of not saying how you felt to the guy you like. Life is too short to not try new things!
Have Fun!

Sure,why not?
Being together in a social setting or being together in a relationship isn't the same. What do you have to lose being with someone you apparently like already even if it has just been platonic.
Love does grow on people- Lust jumps on you.

If he's already taken, leave it alone. Would you want some chic moving in on your guy if you were with him? I dont think so. You'd most likely try to knock the **** our of her and be glad for it.
So why are you even thinking about moving in on some other girls man, just because you cant control your hormones?
THINK girl, use your GOD given brain.

You said he had a girlfriend right? So why would you put the moves on him? Why don't you tell him that you have feelings for him and see what he says? Or kiss him and see if he kisses you back.
