I joined the gym a few weeks ago- and i'm on a health kick! Think I'm turning into a gym junkie and I love it!
As a result- life is great. I'm happier, feeling more energised and can't stop smiling.
There's one guy there who I see a few times a week. When I started I was so shy and felt very awkward and he was nice to me- so I keep saying hello and talking about silly things to motivate me.
There is some chemistry there- I can feel it- but don't want to jeopardize my new found love of the gym.
Three things he's said or done that have thrown me...
1. Asking me to come watch him play a game- I said i couldn't because i had to work- that was the turth too.
2. Asking me what I think of his five o'clock shadow- yeah- I do like my boyz rough...
3. Putting his hand on my shoulder after a weight session and saying I was sweaty- but it was sexy and a turnon.
I am still self concious- I love how i'm feeling- but i'm still shy and super self conscious about my body.

i'd get to know him better before dating him. if things don't work out, you won't want to coem to the gym anymore! and you DO want to keep coming to the gym, don't you?

"I am really good at sport watch me prove how much of an alpha male I can be out there."
2. About the five o'clock shadow
"Look I have stuble that means I'm a real man!"

There is no question that he's into you,,
He asked you to come watch him play a game, Nothing better than to have girl cheering you on.
he asked you if you liked his beard or what not, Cause if you told him that you didn;t lkike it. i bet that he would have shaved it off.
He put his hand on your shoulder and wasn't grossed out by the fact that you were sweaty, means he feels comfortable beeing around you.
right now you need to take control of this if you like him and ask him to do something, Exchange #'s Itall relies on you, if you don't get together with him somehow, nothing will evr come about.

You're doing fine....good for you. BEST ADVICE I can give you is that he's probably like that with a bunch of girls AND it works....dua....so if you like him make him chase you, if not you might get a few dates before you find him with another girl, then how would you feel about going to the gym? Make him fall for you...it's very possible. If he thinks that you're something special he'll stay with you longer! So do your thing....Stay cute....and play hard to get, that way he's always thinking about you:) Good Luck!

Not very conclusive. He could very easilly be gay. Tell him your date got cancelled and you still want to go out after working out if he wouldn't mind comming along for a drink with you. If he has any interrest in you at all he won't pass up that kind of opportunity to get to know you better.

when a guy says things like that, he is trying to flirt with you without coming on to strong. give it a little more time to be sure, and if things keep going as they are, ask if he wants to see you outside of gym sometime.
