I don't know about the angel dust mixed with the weed but I can tell that if it hadn't been for rolling one up and inhaling that stress inhibitor there were numerous times raising teenage sons that I coulda killed em. The grass may have saved their asses.

No, it is the problem(s) that leads to long term chronic marijuana use that also can lead to further (though arguably not necessarily deeper) mental problems. There is every possibility that psychotic behavior would be just as likely to develop in the absence of drugs, 1 in 100 people go crazy the world over whether or not they smoke pot, angel dust just gives it an extra kick, (unless you were going crazy anyway).

Marijuana is not substantially harmful, and in fact has been shown to be beneficial for conditions such as glaucoma, certain anxiety disorders, and HIV/AIDS or cancer. That is not to say it cannot be abused (which can be harmful) or exacerbate other mental disorders; but the same can be said of nearly any drug.
PCP (angel dust) is another matter entirely. That is a very dangerous drug which is well known to trigger psychoses and extremely violent behaviour.

Yes, pot smokers can suffer from early stages of schizophrenia. This becomes a vicious cycle of drug abuse and psychotic attacks. Research by the University of Melbourne shows that the more marijuana a psycotic person uses the worse their condition gets.
Once they suffer a relapse into delusions and hallucinations are more likely to turn back to marjuana, which is what transposed the problem in the first place.

Some research indicates marijuana might make you paranoid but not that it makes one homicidal or suicidal.
Angel dust or PCP is animal tranquilizer and anesthetic.
Because PCP can produce violent behavior, users have been known to assault others or injure themselves-sometimes resulting in murder or suicide.

yes it can...iv'e just finished a whole term of studying drugs and their effects. I'm not going to explain it in detail here, but there are links between the use of marijuana and the development of schizophrenia, which can lead to hallucinations and suicidal attempts. google: marijuana and schizophrenia....abundance of links to articles where you can read about the dangerous link.
Hop ethat helps.

Never in all my life have I ever heard of anyone that killed themselves or anyone else while they were under the influence of marijuana. My Dad hasn't heard of any other stories either, and he was a teenager in the 60's. Yes, it's illegal, but in my opinion, it's the least harmful drug out there, besides prescription drugs.

with angel dust it can for sure. On its own it is most likely to cause lethargy, memory loss, inability to concentrate etc., but "angel dust" although the high is intense, is a very dangerous drug
