Yes it does, I buy it for my son and that was the first thing I look for.

It should say on the packaging whether or not it has them. L. acidophilus is a good one to look for. Danimals does also have a ton of sugar, though. Brown Cow does a sweet tasting yogurt that my daughter (22 months) likes without any extra sugar or dyes. Maple is her favorite. :)

As far as the honey comment goes, babies under a year aren't supposed to have honey because it could carry a form of botulism. Babies can have yogurt from 10 months on, though -- the cultures in yogurt are entirely different from botulism and are in fact good for your intestinal flora.

I think all yogurt has live cultures. It should say on the package anyway.

all yogurt has live bacteria but its not unhealthy unless the baby is under two then it is dangerous (honey has a live bacteria also)
