What's the right moves? Help her bowl by holding her arms or don't move too fast? I'm very confused.

It depends... If she's more of a serious bowler, on leagues and stuff, sorry but we dont need your help... Only give help if its asked for... And even then its totally against bowling ettiquete to go up with her...
However, if she doesnt really know how to bowl, and is open to you showing her, then go for it... But dont try to be too romantic doing it... Save the romance for between frames... You'll distract her and make her gutter, and then she'll get mad..
Personally, I dont like it when guys try to treat us like we're dumb... we can bowl w/o your help, and even if we're not good, so what??? We're having fun, so really don't push it... I think the best way to show a girl your interested is to just start a conversation -- off the lanes!!

lol, nooooo, don't help her bowl by holding her arms. that is waaaaaaay too corny and I think she probably already knows how to bowl.
just have fun. she will probably be more attracted to you at the end of the night if you just have fun with her.

Don't take her there on League nights. Besides, why do you want to screw up a good date by going bowling?

She probably knows how to bowl but if she doesn't, ask her if she wants you to help her out. If she says yes, then demonstrate to her how to do it.
