She has not eaten sence she chewed the jackets and she is not acting like herself. She looks liek her stomach is having contractions and she was panting heavily yersterday however that has stopped she still looks like she is very uncomfortable and she stretches herself out alot more than before. I have been giving her water in very small portions and she seem to keep that down. This last time she vomite,it was very dark in color and had a very stong oder to it unlike before. You need to take your dog to the vet NOW! Ingestion of inedible objects can be very dangerous for animals. Do not even take the time to read this just go to the vet!

Sounds like you need a trip to the vet's office dear. If she ate jackets then she ate possibly the stuffing that goes into the jackets. If that stuff makes contact with liquid it bunches up and expands. You are about to have a dead black lab. Get her to the vet. Call him at home at necessary. He will come to the office.

Gastrointestinal obstructions are nothing to take lightly. These blockages can be fatal, and cause very serious long-term damage to dogs who survive that don't receive immediate care. The only remedy for these is a surgical intervention; it can be costly, but in most cases it is the only way to save the dog's life. If untreated, she could continue vomitting and not eating until she becomes very dehydrated and goes into renal failure. Ultimately, it is a very painful death for the dogs unlucky enough to be forced to endure it. I must encourage you to get to a veterinarian's office right away. Put yourself in your dog's shoes - she needs and deserves immediate medical attention.

TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dog has had 2 surgeries due to obstructions and they told us that if this happens and nothing is done, they will basically fill up with gas on the inside and explode and will die a very very painful death. Our dog did the same thing...was throwing up, stretching out all the time and not eating...just looked real dumpy. And the strong odor is Bile, which means that there is something blocking the intestines. Please take your dog to the vet and anyone else who reads this, STOP WRITING THE STUPID RESPONSES.

Your dog is in distress and needs to go to the vet right now. If your regular vet isn't open, then find one that offers 24 hour emergency service. Either way get her to the vet NOW!

get her to the vet immediately, she could have a serious problem, part of what she ate could be causing an obstruction
which besides being very pain full could be fatal! I know you love your dog so don't wait for answers from here. VET!!!

Ummm - can you say E·MER·GEN·CY ? It's a noun. 1) A serious situation or occurrence that happens unexpectedly and demands immediate action.
2) A condition of urgent need for action or assistance: a state of emergency.
EMERGENCY MEDICINE
also a noun:
The branch of medicine that deals with evaluation and initial treatment of medical conditions caused by trauma or sudden illness.
