Yes, John Wayne and Long Beach airports are nearest to La Palma, but it depends on what your needs are. These are domestic flights only. LAX is the closest international airport.

LAX...It's only about 35 mins away w/o traffic. With traffic, god only knows. John Wayne is almost an hour away no matter what the traffic's like, they're doing construction in a lot of places along the 5 and 405, and the Orange Crush (where the 5, 22, 55 and 57 all merge) is murder no matter what. LAX is also a lot easier for drop off/pick up.

John Wayne (SNA) and Long Beach are closer than LAX.
