Mister Wizard is 15 years older than me and we are extremely happy. I think the younger you are the bigger difference the age gap will make. The other thing to consider is, regardless of age, the ramifications of dating a co-worker. What happens if it ends badly and you two still have to see each other everyday? Are you willing to deal with that or to get a new job?

From my experience older men aren't really all that great. They are also bolder than younger guys so if it's been 2 weeks and you still don't know then he probably is not into you. I could be wrong though due to my bitter past. but if you were 35 would you date a 20 year old? You have practically nothing in common. What will you talk about? OK some relationships based on sex work who knows? Good luck.

i think you two should leave each other alone! 15 years is like a HUGE gap! lets say you were 20.. he is 35! lets even say you are 45, HE IS 60!!! That is absolutely disgusting! do if you want, but i sure wouldnt!! Think about your future kids with him.. it is very embarrassing to have a mom that is 45 married to your father who is 60!! I just can't get over that! ew.. sick.. gross
leave him alone, and nothing can go wrong!

hey,
If i were you i would not go there, I'm 27 and the most i would even consider is somebody seven years away from me,
15 year is a huge points spread and they rarely last,
Besides your at work, I've went after a nu,ver of girls at work over the years, none have worked out, and when you guys' break up, yeah you'll really wan to come to work then,
Plus it puts you at risk to get into trouble at work,
if i were you i'd try to stay friends

Maybe not. My husband (estranged) is 12 yrs older than me. We danced around for the longest time b/c both of us were afraid to come out and say we liked each other. Just ask him - unless he's married. Then, forget it.
