I like this guy and he likes me back but we aren't going out cuz he wants to party. I know i need to give him his space. but how long should i wait? I dont want to seem desperate.

well he says he likes me too.
but he jsut got out of two relation ships *one after unuther* and i was like "ok i understadn u want breathing time" and hes ilke "no i jsut want to party" so should i just move on?

NO,don,t wait for him. He is not ready and his feelings is not the same as yours. If he wants to party , what does that tell you?

Better off without him----if he doesn't wanna be together now--its better that its known now! Chalk it up to experience and move on! Plenty of fish in the sea
