My hair is dyed brown, which is darker than its natural color. Its thick and course and dry, for about 6 hours after i wash it. (i wash my hair at night and sleep with it wet.) but by the middle of the school day, its all oily at the top and gross looking. Does anyone know any shampoo and conditioner that can help my hair look better.

(Washing my hair in the morning doesnt help the oil)

Wash the roots with any shampoo for oily hair, and wash the ends with something like Dove moisturizing shampoo, or else just rinse them with your conditioner.

Use a leave-in-conditioner on your ends only.

Dove Dove Dove Dove Dove.

Dove.

Dove is moisturizing, but it doesn't have all those extra gunky ingredients that are bad for your hair, and making it greasy. Go buy the dove shampoo and conditioner in the reddish bottle.

A friend of mine dyed her hair and it was looking really bland. A few weeks later her hair was looking so amazing and shiny and the color looked so good that I thought she re-dyed it. But turns out she just used Dove.

i just got the aveda color concerve products and theyre my absolute favorite. my hair is also very thick, wavy/curly, and corse and this really makes my hair feel so strong and smooth (after a blow dry).

however if your hair is anything like mine, which it seems to be, dont sleep with it wet. at least blow dry with a smoothing product and a vent brush to get the water out. do this at night and sleep on it after its dry. this will make your hair nice and smooth inn the morning. try it, you might be pleasently suprised.
