I have shoulder-length curly hair, and I would like to change it to match my look... but I don't know what to do with it! I can get spikes or anything becasue of my hard-to-work-with curls! HELP!

My sister in law is 14 and she has shoulder length hair that's hard to manage wavy, almost curly hair. She cut her hair to be a little more angled towards her face(shorter in the back, but chin length in the front), dyed in black and put red(I'm talking crayola crayon red) chunky highlights on the top and dyed the underside completely red. After she got tired of that, she dyed her hair bleach blonde and put black highlights in it. You can always put some strange color in it too. If you can't find anything you like, talk to a stylist you trust with your hair and they can usually give you a good idea of what will work and look good. I know I may be in 8th grade but my friends and I luv punk rock! First of all, if u don't want to straighten ur hair every day, thats ok because u can have it like Adrienne Armstrong's hair(Billie Joe from Green Day; his wife). Like her hair is curly and she has it black and I think she has highlights I'm not sure. Just wear black mascara and ur done! If u need help just look @ magazines with Adrienne Armstrong!

do NOT listen to thw whole punk is 80 thing, 80s rock and they are commin back baby
i am not really punk... i guess my lable is sk8r...
but i know curls can be a pain ...id trade you 4 my straight hair anyday...
try to get a short style that is really puffy and layers work 4 everything if our hair is dark leave it dark, i think coloring dark hair light is kinda weird...
DONT ttry to do anything yourself go to a soloon

well, if you are going for the girly punk look, get shoulder length hair, dye it blonde, with brown and pink streaks, straighten it, and put little hairbows on the left side. ya know.

leave it as is, the sadest thing about punks, goths, preps, jocks, and so on and so forth, is that people think they need to look like all the other ones of your "set" say scew it and keep the hair that you have and be you

Do something that you dopn't see very often, slick it back so your Mohawk is in the back to your head only, not on top at all, cool! It looks really cool!
