if they're not being really nosy about your personal life, and like you, i don't see what the problem is. they may just care about you and want to help.

First of all don't listen to the other people you can have an affair because it isn't right (and you aren't married, im assuming), and you can't not talk to the family because you have a child who connects you. Your man should stand up to his family and tell them to stay out of your bussiness when thay are not asked. If it is something important than yeah they are family and they care. But there is no need for all the other crap. Just be firm and if they don't listen to you than have your man talk to his family.

If this man is truly your partner he would have married you 6 years ago, that might be the reason his family feels inclined to get involved since the relationship is so open. The best way to solve any problem is open communication speak to the man about this and his family. Remember a child is involved, think of your daughter's welfare for the rest of her life and yours.

Confront those family members but in a respective manner. Actually talk to your man. He should speak up and find out what it is that makes them talk. He should defend you if they are talking crap. If you live with his family, well then, they will always be in your business. And the only thing that could change that is getting your own place.

put them in their placeand tell them it is none of their business. If they got a problem refer to the geniva convention, youo nly have to reveal your name serial number rank and birthday. It is your first Amendment right to not tell them, you didnt sign a contract, ask them the same questions and a bunch more and snoop in their lives if they won't quit, when they get mad throw it in their faces, but be cool headed the whole time.

I'm a mom. I care about my Grandkids. I don't think anything works like saying bluntly, "Mind Your Own Business", and mean it. Straight up, straight faced. And I have Girls. You are the Mother. And you are not their Daughter, either! So they don't even have that advantage, do they?

MOVE...if that can't be made to happen,it's time to play there game. That sound's sneaky, and cruel,I know. But it is your husbands family. You don't have any other choices.Don't tell them any-thing that has an opening for there comment's.Teach your-self how to get along with them...In lay-mans terms...TOLORATE..I had to for 34 years. If I did it for that long..so can you.I can't see any-way out..It's FAMILY.We all have them.Life would be pretty empty with out our Families.

Ignore them if possible. Stay the hell away from them also, if possible.
I have dealt with this sort of thing before. You have to shut them down before it's too late.
