There is an old saying that it is better to have tried and failed than to never have tried at all. Heck, you're too young to have regrets already, so go for it, tell him what you think, and at least you'll have the answer you need in order to move on. You deserve the best, so go for it! If you don't get him, he doesn't deserve you anyway.

They probably act that way out of habit. I can't believe you are considering picking up garbage that your friend dropped though. YUCK! I guess you ought to find out what is really going on and stop going after leftovers like a dog. He may be a great guy but there is a good reason why he and your friend broke up. Think about that.

If they are acting "like it", that means they are still having some thoughts/doubts/feelings about their relation, therefore unless you want to loose your friend, you shouldn't move into her "territory"....so look around, there are plenty of other men you can hang out with-and avoid discussions about this guy with your friend, because referring to him makes you think of him more than you actually you may want-who knows...so give yourself a break, and socialize with other people as well, and you may find that all the 'talking' with your friend may have played more of a role than your actual feelings...

You should stay out of the picture ! If they're still having sex) (which I am guilty of :$ but don't usually want to so I let him know that I don't want to.) I'm sure that your friend wouldn't want you to have anything to do w/ him. Esp if they're showing signs of affection for one another even if they aren't going out. I wouldn't like it if someone I knew went out w/ MY ex. How would YOU feel if someone you knew went out w/ your ex ? Say it was your friend who you're talking bout now ? I'm guessing that your answer is the same as mine.
