Anyone know a good Greek Salad Dressing recipe?

1 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried oregano
3 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/3 cups red wine vinegar

Simply pour all ingredients into a container (bottle is best).
Shake vigorously untill well mixed.
Store tightly at room temp.

GREEK SALAD WITH LEMON DRESSING

1/2 head lettuce, torn in sm. pieces
1 pkg. spinach, torn
1/4 English cube (or 1 pkg. cuke, sliced thinly
12 Greek onions, pitted and sliced
3 tomatoes, quartered
4 radishes, sliced
4 (8 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled
6-8 hot peppers
Anchovy (optional)
6 pita bread

Arrange lettuce and spinach in large salad bowl (I use wooden). Add cucumbers slices, olives, tomatoes, and radishes. Toss with lemon dressing (see back of card). Arrange crumbled feta cheese on top. Add peppers on top of this.

Serve with warmed pita bread, quartered.

my greek friend makes the best most authentic ive had, she just uses really good olive oil, fresh lemon juice, some salt and fresh oregano and fresh mint (i really need fresh herbs to get the right taste but once uve made it can keep in the fridge for weeks)
she also uses this to marinate meat except she uses less lemon juice

Not me. I dont cook. I only know thousand island. Does the greek taste good on green veggies?
