There is no way to tell, my grandad had lung cancer for 18 months before he found out and he didnt have any symptoms.
When they did find out it was too late it had already spread to his brain and he only lived 3 months. Good Luck with your search.

pertaining to melanoma locally, it will change color, shape, consistency and border and these would suggest need of further evaluation. when it metastasises sytamically, symptoms depend on what organ is affected, good luck

it depends on where it spread and how large the tumors are. there might not be any noticeable symptoms for awhile
