if the receivers are registered to the account, yes you can. its the card in the receivers that matter, not where the receiver is located.

I know you can use a 2.4GHz audio/video relay system up to about 400 feet. These would only relay the same channel as the primary T.V. is watching. If that would help, a variety of such relays are sold by www.x-10.com as well as Radio Shack. They cost $25. to $50.
