Do wall slides going down to a point where your thighs are parallel with the floor, start with 10 to 15 reps and hold the last one for a count of 10 to 15. Every third day add 2-3 reps and increase the count holding the last one for a count of 60 to 100.
You might also try Yoga.

You mean your butt right? Sit on the floor and put your legs straight out and rock left and right, moving foward at the same time. You are walking on your butt like this.

I do this, and my butt is like that of a Greek God (with hair) ;-)
