Get over it. You are in college to grow up. Talk to him. It is not like you have to spell it out for him but you have to make contact.

Send an email suggesting you meet up to do something fun somewhere halfway between the two of you. Don't ask him if he wants to go out, or do something some time, have a specific idea in mind and both of you can hook up with the least amount of stress as possible. Wow, in Los Angeles 10 min away is like living next door! If you dont drive, I have electric or gas scooters for both of you for $100 each as a special discount which also takes away any excuses about distances and gives you something fun to do. Yahoo store - http://store.legioncontrols.com - request scooter deal from yahoo answers.

When I was dating before I got married, I would wait for the guy to hit on me. I would give off the body language that I was interested, but then wait for him to make his move, but sometimes the guy is either that clueless and doesn't see it. Or he is afraid to make a move on you. So if I were you. If you feel he wont be the first to make his move on you when you've made it obvious you like him. I would just approach him. Ask him to go have drink sometime? Or ask him to help you with your homework even if you don't need help. What's the worst thing that can happen. He could say no. Or you could keep wondering what he would say and wondering what it would be like to be with him.

Get one of your girlfriends to walk up with you and invite him out to a party, as a casual "let's go hang out" thing. Then on the night of the party, tell him your girlfriend couldn't make it, would he feel like doing something like a movie and then offer to pay-but only this time!

After the class, ask him if he'd like to come to a party at your house.
Then at the party have a fun time with him and then later ask him out on a date.

Try getting his e-mail address if he has one from one of his friends if u know any. Thats the best way or u just can try and talk to him while he's alone eating or at the library.

try to give hints that you like him online. develop a friendship and maybe go out and have coffee or lunch with him. by trying to get to know each other, he might start to like you also if he already doesnt. then work your way from there.
