I really not sure. I know to get a pilots license a person can learn with other licensed pilots, you not necessarily need a school, but, someone with an Airplane or Helicopter to get your Flight Hours. What you can try. Go to your Municipal Airport. There usually a club or at least some guys hanging around and ask some questions. They may educate you a little and may know someone who can help teach you.
