She used to like me I like her she likes some one else what do I do?

I know kind of confusing, but about a year ago a friend of mine really liked me I liked us as friends, but not more than that now things have changed and I really want to be more then friends but she's starting to like this new kid, they're going on a date stuff like that but they aren't going out yet, should I interfere and tell her how I feel? I'm so confused...

if she doesn't like you now, you may have blown her chance. you shouldn't interfere tho... if you two are meant for each other, things will come together. don't panic.
