it is a small chocolate buiscut, and also it is a black and white bird in the artic. who just happens to be sueing the choccy factory for rights to the name. it has taken thousands of years of polar ping pong, but one day, when you ask the question you just did. Someone, somewhere, is going to have the difinitve answer. p.s. Jaffa cakes is the next law suite.......years away so do not worry.

there are a lot of things that are named "penguin" in this world. penguin can mean that flightless bird that lives down in antarctica. it could also mean that book publisher. it could also mean that caffeinated ppermints. or theres a oenguin game. soo it can be possible that theres a small chocolate biscuit called penguin.
