If this guy dumped you twice. Then you say no. If he dumped you once I'm sure he will do it again. It's time to start fresh. Find someone that would be loyal to you.

how many times do you want him to dump you? Keep it at 2 and say NO to going out with him again. He will most likely just dump you again. Dont put yourself through that!! good luck
