What is so wrong about flirting with all religions on offer and making an informed choice! As opposed to indoctrination to any one particular religion

Wow, that is a tough one. I am a Christian but I respect the Jewish faith and of course you respect your parents. I believe you need to check Christianity out if only for your own curiousity. Seek the truth. Your faith is a personal relationship between you and God. Not your friends, not your parents. I would pray this evening and really ask God to work on your heart. I have only been a christian for about 7 years and yes bad things have still happened, but truthfully in all my searching for the right faith I have never found peace like I have in Jesus. Find a kind and patient group of Christians at a church that fits with you. Check out a few churches. Read the gospels of the New Testament and ask a pastor to explain how the old Testament prophecies talked of Jesus and proved his existence. In the end my friend, you will make the right decision.

To become Christian IS to learn about your own religion. Our Jewish brothers and sisters were the first ones to worship the one true God. Jesus loves you. Joseph in the Old Testament is who Jesus represents (or should I say the other way around). When the time is right he will be bringing the rest of his brothers and sisters to him for the great famine is close.

Peer pressure or faith in what you already know?? I wasn't sure what your motivation was from your question. Your choice of religion should be based on what you really believe because of the Bible, the Koran or whatever Book/Books you believe to be actually inspired of God and not because of some recreational activity which you enjoyed. Be careful. Satan is posing as an angel of light and misleading the entire inhabited earth.

It will be time for you to become a Christian when you are crushed in your heart for realizing that your sin crucified Christ on the cross. When you are heartbroken for his pain and anguish and can't get over what happened and you want to turn from sin and follow Him, that is when you are ready to become a Christian. Any other sort of profession or just saying you are a Christian doesn't mean anything. You will know when you are ready, because you will fall on your knees and beg Christ to forgive you and to save you.

Prophecy said it beautifully.
Is Jesus pullingon your heartstrings?
Is it the will of God for you that is first in importance, or is it pleasing your friends or your family?
Who, then, do you serve?

You are going to have to figure this one out for yourself. You can not practice one religion and really believe another.

Pray and ask God to show you what to do, then listen for the answer and look for the answer.
