Not feed your pet Purina anymore?
a Mr. Alan Beck is going around the country apparently promoting BSL's and how Pitbulls are bad dogs period.
I personnally will no longer use their products. wondering if anyone else will support this as well?

This is a speaker that Purina is having at their event....he is PRO BSL....following is just a couple of locations.

my schnauzer is 1,oooooooo times more agressive than my pitbull-tibetan terrier mix.thanx for letting me know-no more purina for us-and,i'll tell all my friends.

That is unbelievable! Pit bulls are one of the best dog breeds out there. I was raised with 90% of my dogs being pits and they were all great dogs. I remember one of them would walk me down the road (about a block's distance) to catch the bus and at 3:30pm when I got off the bus, she would be there waiting for me. Last year my landlord made me get rid of my 6 month old red-nose pit because her insurance wouldn't cover any accidents. I live in a RV campsite while going to college. I really didn't want to give her away, but I live in a college town and I couldn't afford to move anywhere else. Right now I'm feeding my dogs Purina products and I would gladly stop buying it in exchange for something else. When are people going to realize that a breed of dog is not particularly bad, just the people who raise them!!

I've never used purina, and have no intentions of ever using it! We stick with either Iams, or Pedigree here. Personally I wouldn't recommend purina to anyone if they want a healthy dog. Just take a look at the ingridents and you'll see why!!! :)

Before everyone stops using their products please call the 800# on every package and tell the company why.It's not enough to just stop buying the products.
It may be possible this man is promoting his own personal agenda and Purina is picking up the tab.
I'm not defending the company in any way here.It just does'nt make sense to me to ask others for their support in not buying a product without also asking they take a minute to call the company to tell them why.

Glad my dog doesn't like Purina. Pit bulls can be agressive or wonderful. It all depends on the breeding.

i've never heard of this but i don't use purina anyway, my dogs don't like.
