I am 25 years old, and in a serious relationship. However, for the past 8-9 months I have had little to no sex drive, or sexual interest. I am on birth control pills, and have been for about 2 1/2 years now. I know that BC pills can effect sex drive, but I have to be on them for medical reasons.
I would just like to know if any young women around my age have ever been affected by this, and if so, what did you do about it, if anything? This is starting to affect my relationship, and I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to be excited again!

explain your problem to the dr that prescribed the bc pills. you didn't say what the med problem is but any change in your hormones could cause a drop in your sex drive. take this seriously, your dr will, also. maybe all you need is a change in the prescription to a different type of BC pill. this could also be psychological. worry or stress of any type could effect your sex drive adversely. stay away from the "natural" remedies unless your dr advises you to take them.

Try Goat weed get the strongest amount standardized for icarin . Dont get anything with yohimbe .Try low dose tribulus . Ask a nutritionist whats the smallest dose for a female to get your motor running . Tribulus raises your luetenizing hormone(LH) and increases fertility and sends sex drive thru the roof . so be careful with it . In woman very slight Testosterone increase(you dont have balls/ men do have balls/you need to have balls for tribulus to crank out massive amounts of testosterone with tribulus/you dont have balls so you will be okay )Daminina is also good . Try arginine alpha ketoglutorate ..
